These terms govern your use of mainstreetbooked.com and the services we provide. By requesting a preview or purchasing a plan, you agree to them.
MainStreet Booked provides done-for-you online presence and lead-capture services for local businesses — including website design and hosting, Google Business Profile setup and optimization, online booking, missed-call text-back, review tools, and related marketing services, depending on your plan.
Preview websites we build before you purchase are demonstrations. They remain our property and may be taken down at any time. They become your live site when you start a plan or purchase a build.
Where our services send text messages (for example, missed-call text-back or booking reminders on your behalf), message and data rates may apply to recipients, frequency varies, and recipients can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You agree to use messaging features only with customers who have consented to be contacted.
We may use non-confidential examples of work we've built (like your public website design) in our portfolio. Tell us in writing if you'd prefer we don't.
We work hard to get you results, but no marketing outcome (rankings, leads, or bookings) can be guaranteed. Services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Some features rely on third parties (hosting, booking, payment, messaging carriers). We aren't responsible for their outages or changes, but we'll always work to keep your services running smoothly.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
